This “Power Yoga” course is about making the beauty and power of flow yoga accessible for everybody and every body type in a safe and effective way. We explore the asanas (poses) through a slow flow method of Vinyasa poses (breathing w/ movement) that flow together, and emphasize alignment and awareness. The focus of the class is to help you maintain a healthy body whether your goals are to get in shape, relieve stress, become stronger and more flexible or increase your energy levels. The course is suitable for beginners as well as yoga practitioners with some prior experience.
