Meditative Hatha Yoga Prana Vidya focuses on self-knowledge work through systematic relaxation, the science of conscious breath (prana vidya) and meditation. It is hatha yoga with soft postures. Meditative Hatha Yoga can help to promote better sleep and mood as well as higher levels of relaxation, and alleviate both depression and stress. This introduction course is suitable for people of all ages and most conditions, no previous experience in yoga is needed.
