With meditation practise, we can learn to silence our thoughts, and calm our inner feelings. There are countless traditions and methods of meditation, but the heart of meditation practise is mindfulness practise. In this course, we shall learn some mindfulness practices, which can help us to maintain awareness at work and in daily activities and bring peace in our minds. The course is open for everyone interested in meditation. Prior experiences in meditation are not required.
This course can paid with sport-and cultural vouchers. Course fee paid by culture and sports vouchers cannot be returned. You can arrange for the course fee to be paid once it has been confirmed that the course will start.
