Ashtanga Yoga is one of the most traditional yoga styles, it is a series of sequences which focus on the correct alignment of the body and mind, in a continuous flow of movements and exercises always synchronized with the breath. Ashtanga is a very active and dynamic style, that works on your strength and flexibility, it tones the body and keeps you fit, but above all as a yoga style it works also within your body creating after each yoga class a deep feeling of wellbeing and relaxation. This course is suitable for everyone looking for a more active yoga style, no previous experience in yoga is needed.
