The purpose of this workshop is to give you several tools and postures that will help both balance and open your hips. We will work in all the possible movements that your hip can do, and you will get to know where you need to bring balance so that your walking, running and everyday life feels better and better. We will also briefly learn about the psychology of the hips, lifestyle tips to use them at your best, and a wonderful relaxation afterwards.
