Yoga is the union of the mind with the body and soul. To bring alignment into an Asana (yoga pose), we orientate the body in a way so that the energy flows through easier. Alignment-based yoga provides a safe physical practice with detailed instructions and a way to explore oneself. This class is for all levels of practitioners, for new students and for those who already are familiar with their yoga practice. The first class will be a recording which you will recieve on the 18.5. and you have a week to do the practice on your own. The classes during 25.5. - 15.6. will be held through an easy-to-use Zoom online platform
