We will dive into a slow-paced style of yoga. We will get to know a practice incorporating the principles of traditional Chinese medicine with asanas (postures), which are held for a longer period of time in order to relax both mind and body. Through this practice we invite relaxation and support the body’s circulation. The course is online. You will receive a link to the online classroom and instructions before the course starts.
